Number two is exercise
Unfortunately, those that need exercise the most are usually the ones least likely to do it. And often, exercise is limited by pain or limited by low energy of just by exhaustion from being nutritionally deficient. But what we will find if we give people the nutrients they need (especially the ones that are causing them to be low in energy) often they will find that they have more energy and often, if we can help to get rid of their pain they can exercise.
Now if, with supplements, you don't notice a big boost of energy - it could be a few things. One is that you may not be that deficient in the nutrients that are causing you to feel low on energy. The other thing is you could have parasites. Another is that you may not be taking supplements that are getting to the cellular level (not bio-available).
One thing that a lot of people don't realize with supplementation or with nutrition, it takes three to four months before our body can completely turn over its blood cell volume. So while people may notice benefits in the first couple weeks you are looking at three to four months before you are getting a whole new volume of red blood cells with the great nutrients in them. What we can turn over in our bones takes a year. So we will see gradual improvements over time, sports medicine doctors that know say that the minimum amount of time they will put people on a supplementation program is six months. Because it just takes that long. That is the way the physiology of our body works, after all, this isn't a drug, this isn't treating a symptom where you take it and a hour later you feel better, this is actually helping to build up your body and get at the root cause of what is causing the disease and also to help prevent disease.
